What about products that are not on your website?
We have investigated a large number of dental products, & the ones that we recommend are on this website. For legal reasons, we must limit our advice on other products through this website, however if you wish to hear advice on a particular product please feel free to contact us
Can we get a product that is not advertised on the website?
If you feel you have a product you would like to keep using regularly, please let us know & we will consider it seriously for the website. Alternatively, we may be able to give advice to you on this product. contact us
What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
Dental care products uses EPARCEL by Australia Post to deliver parcels. If you are not at home to receive the parcel, they will attempt several times to deliver through the day. If unsuccessful in person, a card will be left so you can pick your parcel up from your closest post office. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, check with your local post office first. We recommend that you use your business address or where you will be during normal working hours as your delivery address. so you can receive your order as soon as possible. You can always contact us to find out the progress of your delivery.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Over 90 percent of orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 48 hours of placement. Delivery times are reliant upon normal Australia Post delivery times. We have noticed because of the security of EPARCEL tracking, that registering the parcels at their central facility can delay delivery by 24 hours. It is important to note that orders can only be dispatched Monday to Friday. Normally 2-4 working days will be expected.
Is my order confidential?
All information collected by Dental Care Products is strictly confidential. We do not provide this information to any other party for any purposes. In additon, all Dental Care Products staff are legally bound by conditons of employment to the confidentiality of your order and personal details.
How do I cancel an order?
The best way is to email us ASAP and we will cancel it. You must remember that in most cases, orders placed are dispatched the next business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will have to be posted back at the expense of the customer. As long as the packaging is in original condition, a full refund less postage will be provided.
Can I talk directly to a dentist?
At present Dental Care Products is run by two practising dentists and although we are not able to answer your phone calls we will email answers within 24 hours to any of your queries. Please contact us at info@dentalcareproducts.com.au. Obviously patients of our practice mdtdental have direct access to us and we welcome their enquiries.
Can I only order on-line?
No. Patients of MDT dental surgery are able to place an order at the surgery by marking the appropriate squares on our in-surgery order form, supplying their credit card details and placing the order in our order box at reception. The order will be placed for them on line and processed the same day.
Who owns and operates dental care products?
Dental Care Products is owned and run by Dr Craig Morris and Dr Caroline Downing. We are practising dentists who graduated with BDS from Sydney University. Please see our About DCP page for more details.
Can my order be picked up?
At present to save costs to our clients we are unable to have the facilities for pick up of your orders.
If I use a credit card to purchase my items can anyone else obtain my credit card details?
We are a secure site endorsed with the Comodo SSL Certificate. This uses the latest encryption methods to ensure security of payment. We do not see your credit card details when ordered online, with all transactions performed by the banking institutions St George. We do not store any credit card details, therefore additions to orders already placed will require you to place a new separate order.
What is Dental Care Product's Privacy Statement?
Our web server makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes - the user's server address, the user's top level domain name (eg. .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc.), the date and time of the visit to the site, the pages accessed and documents downloaded, the referrring site and the type of browser used. No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the web server's logs.Please see our full privacy policy for further details
What do we do with the data collected in our privacy statement?
Dental care products uses this information to improve our services and capabilities in operating our business for the consumer. We do not sell, provide, or allow our information to be viewed by any other person other than those employed by Dental Care Products. Of course DCP will also forward order addresses onto Australia Post/shipping provider in order for the successful delivery of the parcel.
What is the responsibilty of Dental Care Products dentists and staff in regards to orders?
Dental care products' prime objective is to ensure the safety of the patient in regards to the safe use of products. DCP staff reserve the right to refuse any orders it may deem to not fit this criteria, or of a nature that may be unsafe in its volumes or capacity for misuse. Detailed instructions about the appropriate use of all products is available on-line. DCP cannot be held responsible for inappropriate use or misuse of the products supplied.
Do I need to have cookies enabled to use the dental care products web site?
